*Please RSVP For Each Session in this series, as we need a headcount for educational materials, additionally we begin each session with a buffet style meal, which is provided by Solano CDG - so RSVP's are integral in making sure we have enough food for everyone.
Session #6: Article I: The States Delegate Twenty Powers to Congress
In 1776, the states had refused to delegate enough authority to Congress to enable it to perform its legitimate functions. As a result they almost lost the Revolutionary War. In the next two class sessions we shall discover which powers the states were willing to delegate to the federal government.
