*Please RSVP For Each Session in this series, as we need a headcount for educational materials, additionally we begin each session with a buffet style meal, which is provided by Solano CDG - so RSVP's are integral in making sure we have enough food for everyone.

The Founders envisioned the President (Executive Branch) to have heavy responsibilities, but they limited and defined those responsibilities to just a few.  Under the Articles of Confederation, the Founders hoped all disputes could be solved in the state courts. Therefore, no federal system of courts was provided. It soon became apparent, however, that a higher court system was essential.
