*Please RSVP For Each Session in this series, as we need a headcount for educational materials, additionally we begin each session with a buffet style meal, which is provided by Solano CDG - so RSVP's are integral in making sure we have enough food for everyone.

Many states would not ratify the Constitution without the promise of the addition of a Bill of Rights, a document that has since become the standard for individual rights throughout the world.
