*Please RSVP For Each Session in this series, as we need a headcount for educational materials, additionally we begin each session with a buffet style meal, which is provided by Solano CDG - so RSVP's are integral in making sure we have enough food for everyone.
Session #5: Article I - Powers of Congress:
A specific list of responsibilities was delegated to Congress. Their responsibilities, as James Madison said, are "few and defined". All other powers reside with the states or the people.
